A SPOT OF HISTORY

The Mad Giant brewery was founded by a handful of friends with immense appreciation for a good brew. They wanted to share their love of hops with other beer enthusiasts and make their brews available to the masses. And so the Mad Giant Taproom was created. A unique space to socialize, have a good time, and enjoy a superb array of the best beers in the land.

THE FOOD

Made with at least as much love, passion, and flavour as the beer, our menu is constantly evolving. Many of our dishes include American-style BBQ and influence from Southeast Asia.

Our kitchen makes use of our smoker and cooking on an open fire to get the desired impact, before artfully plating every serving. We take pride in presenting you with delectable global cuisine. Our menu is the result of a steadfast refusal to be cast into any one category, hence we offer something appealing to each and every palate.
